Inclusion in our Collection does not guarantee any particular experience, and individual preferences may differ.

3. Bookings and third-party services

Surf Hideaways may provide links or booking codes that allow you to reserve accommodation directly with participating hotels or their authorised booking providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bookings are made directly with the relevant hotel or booking provider.

• Payments are processed by the hotel or booking provider, not Surf Hideaways.

• Booking confirmations, cancellations, amendments and refunds are managed by the relevant provider.

• The hotel's booking terms, cancellation policies and other applicable conditions govern your reservation.

Surf Hideaways is not a party to these accommodation contracts unless expressly indicated.

If you need assistance with a reservation, we may help direct your enquiry to the appropriate hotel, but responsibility for fulfilling the booking remains with the accommodation provider.

4. The Surf Hideaways Society

The Surf Hideaways Society is our free membership programme, giving registered members access to selected benefits at participating properties.

Membership benefits may include preferred rates, room upgrades, complimentary experiences or other extras.

Please note:

• Benefits vary between properties and may change over time.

• Certain benefits are subject to availability, eligibility or specific booking conditions.

• Some benefits require a dedicated booking link, promotional code or other instructions.

• Benefits may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.

• Not every hotel in our Collection offers a member benefit.

Membership does not guarantee availability, a particular rate, an upgrade or any specific benefit.

Where a hotel is responsible for providing a benefit, its applicable terms and conditions will also apply.
